Ryan spends significant time and focus on candidate identification, leveraging RG’s technologies to conduct research, which is the foundation of each one of the firm’s executive searches. He has a passion for and is gifted at analyzing business data and information to aid in the development of the research strategies for RG’s client engagements.
Ryan graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. He enjoys playing guitar and reading books on theology.
