Rachel leads the firm’s research segment which includes formulating search strategy parameters, leveraging emerging technologies to assist in candidate identification, and building comprehensive recruitment plans to ensure the success of each search.
She works directly with each team member while maintaining ongoing contact with the firm’s clients. Rachel attended Emory University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in History and Russian Language. In addition to speaking four languages, she enjoys reading, traveling, and baking.
