Rebecca plays a key role in managing the entire executive recruitment lifecycle, crafting winning search strategies, identifying top candidates, maintaining strong communication and relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Rebecca joined Ransom Group after 11 years at Spencer Stuart, where she specialized in senior-level financial and operational appointments in the non-profit and higher-education sectors. She began her career in executive search at Perrett Laver in London, before moving to Egon Zehnder.
She holds a BA from Barnard College and an MA from University College London. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, road trips, and spending time with her two daughters. After spending several years living in England and South Africa, Rebecca now resides in Houston, Texas.
