Rebecca plays a key role in managing the entire executive recruitment lifecycle, crafting winning search strategies, identifying top candidates, maintaining strong communication and relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Rebecca joined Ransom Group after 11 years at Spencer Stuart, where she specialized in senior-level financial and operational appointments in the non-profit and higher-education sectors. She began her career in executive search at Perrett Laver in London, before moving to Egon Zehnder.
She holds a BA from Barnard College and an MA from University College London. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, road trips, and spending time with her two daughters.
