Jessica is engaged in all facets of the search process. Her intellectual curiosity and natural ability to connect with key industry leaders has been a critical component of the firm’s ongoing business success. In addition to her role as Principal, Jessica is also certified in Hogan Assessment. This science-based approach provides further insight into a candidate’s personality and cognitive abilities.
Prior to joining RG, Jessica spent more than five years at Heidrick & Struggles where she focused on searches for Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officers across the Fortune 500. Jessica also brings strong financial acumen from her years in Finance at a portfolio company of the Blackstone Group and in the Deloitte Audit Practice.
She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
