Jessica is engaged in all facets of the search process. Her intellectual curiosity and natural ability to connect with key industry leaders have been critical components of the firm’s ongoing success. In addition to her role as Principal, Jessica is also certified in Hogan Assessment. This science-based approach provides further insight into a candidate’s personality and cognitive abilities.
Prior to joining RG, Jessica spent more than five years at Heidrick & Struggles where she focused on searches for Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officers across the Fortune 500. Jessica also brings strong financial acumen from her years in Finance at a portfolio company of the Blackstone Group and in the Deloitte Audit Practice.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and holds her doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focused on understanding the experiences of women in the Fortune 1000 boardroom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her twin toddlers, cooking, and yoga.
