During the course of his 25+ year career in executive search, Dave has built meaningful relationships with clients and candidates centered on trust and integrity. This has resulted in superior outcomes for the firm’s clients. Dave has been nationally recognized for his work with complex, high level search engagements that require significant strategy and execution.
His career in the field of executive search began under the mentorship of his father in the early 1990s before joining a national firm and subsequently RG shortly thereafter. Dave is a native Clevelander, having grown up on the West Side. He is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio. Dave’s interests outside work include fitness and distance running, competitive rowing, spending quality time with his two sons, and cooking with those he holds dearest.
