Christine plays an important role in the full search lifecycle at Ransom Group – developing in-depth search plans, conducting market research, and cultivating strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Prior to joining RG, Christine spent 10 years at Boston Children’s Hospital, serving most recently as the Associate Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer where she worked to advance his strategic vision, ensured an actively engaged Board, and supported the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of senior leaders. She also has experience building high-performing teams in higher education and college athletics.
Christine holds a BA in Psychology from Stonehill College and is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Oregon State University. Outside of work, she enjoys giving back to her community, being active, and spending time with family and friends.
