Caitlyn leads operations at Ransom Group, working on improving the firm’s technologies and processes to ensure excellent client service delivery. She also serves as Chief of Staff, to Ransom Group’s CEO, Dave Ransom, overseeing key business initiatives related to the firm’s strategy, vision, growth, and culture.
Prior to joining Ransom Group, Caitlyn led Executive Search operations and enablement within several organizations including the Production Board, a biotech-focused venture foundry, Hunt Club, a rapidly growing SaaS and Recruiting startup, and within the global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice at Hedrick & Struggles.
She is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania where she studied International Relations, French, and Modern Middle East studies. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking feasts, hosting friends, and traveling the globe.
