Bryanna has a passion for connecting extraordinary leaders with high-performing organizations. As President, much of her time within the firm is dedicated to building client relationships and bringing key insights to each search engagement she leads and growing and mentoring RG’s team members. Bryanna is also a technology and operations enthusiast and directs the firm’s continuous improvement strategies. She is also certified in the Hogan Assessment process.
Prior to joining RG, Bryanna was a Manager within Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Practice focused on partnering with Fortune 500 companies to execute complex, global, HR transformations. Bryanna graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development. Outside of the office, Bryanna enjoys yoga and being a mom.
