As President, she leads a team of high-performing search consultants dedicated to excellence, integrity, accountability, and collaboration. Under her leadership, the firm has built long-standing partnerships with more than 90 global organizations, helping them secure transformative leaders who drive innovation and impact. Bryanna is a technology and operations enthusiast and directs the firm’s continuous improvement strategies. She is also certified in the Hogan Assessment process.
Prior to joining RG, Bryanna was a Manager within Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Practice focused on partnering with Fortune 500 companies to execute complex, global, HR transformations. Bryanna graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development and lives in Santa Monica, California with her husband and son.
