Kevin leads a number of the firm’s most senior C-level search engagements across a number of industries including healthcare, technology, aerospace, manufacturing, and consumer products. He has extensive experience recruiting Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and Presidents. He is a thought leader for a number of the firm’s longest standing clients.
Kevin’s early involvement in the firm helped lay the foundation and culture that has given way to accelerated growth of Ransom Group. In addition to his role as Partner, he has led the strategy for a dedicated research function as well as building best practices into each search process.
Prior to joining the firm, he held the position of Managing Partner for a regional staffing company and was an Area Manager for a publicly traded staffing firm. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, exercising, golfing, and dining at ‘one of a kind’ locally owned restaurants.
