Dave provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the firm. He is a key contributor to the firm’s strategy and vision, growth, and enrichment of Ransom Group’s culture.

He allocates considerable time to advising boards and CEOs in their pursuit of the recruitment of senior leadership. In addition to his leadership role in the firm, he has personally conducted hundreds of leadership searches over his 25 years in the executive search business. Prior to founding the company, he was a Partner in a national search firm and was recognized as one of the company’s leading consultants.

Dave is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. Outside of the firm, Dave allocates significant time as the Co-Chairman of Kindway, a non-profit that invests in the lives of those impacted by incarceration.
