Project 1

Senior Vice President Systems Sales

GE Aviation Systems is a $3B business with more than 20 sites and 5,000 employees worldwide.

The SVP Systems Sales Leader will assume worldwide sales responsibility for GE's Aviation Systems Business. This includes all Avionics, Mechanical and Power products. These sales pursuits span integrated solutions across a broad product portfolio to include aftermarket services and unit sales across Military and Civil markets globally.


Paramount to the success in this position will be the degree by which this individual will lead and inspire a team of 75 across 32 global sites. In addition to owning the Systems Business sales target, he/she will design a world class sales culture that transforms the current team into one cohesive global sales group.



Project 2

Senior Vice President, Clinical Advancement

Company: 4 Million Member Health Benefits Company / Southeast United States

The SVP will provide enterprise-wide leadership and inspiration relating to clinical transformation and medical strategy, and be accountable for all medical spend and patient outcome. He or she will directly lead the strategic development, implementations and monitoring of Medical Management, Pharmacy, Medical Marketing and Account Management, Policy and Evidence Based Research, Network Management and Provider Relations, Quality, Health Informatics, and Clinical Vendor Management. The SVP will optimally align the organizational structure in order to advance/innovate the company. He or she will have day to day responsibility for more than 350 FTEs. This individual must possess a high level of business acumen combined with emotional intelligence. Vision, ingenuity and a sense of urgency will be paramount to success.



Project 3

Chief Financial Officer

Company: Regional Specialty Managed Care Organization / Southeast United States

The CFO will play a major role in developing the financial strategy, framework, and tactical direction for one of the fastest growing companies within its sector. This includes assessing the organization's current financial status, forecasting future financial performance, establishing objectives, and implementing required initiatives to ensure success. This individual will be a part of the Executive Management Team and will contribute to the overall growth of the enterprise. This professional should have played a pivotal role in their prior organization's financial success through demonstrated results in managing financial measurements of the business while maintaining efficiencies from an operational/expense perspective. He or she must possess a strong sense of responsibility for Profit and Loss and incorporate this way of thinking into major decisions.



Project 4

Market President - Nevada

Company: $25 Billion Health Benefits Company / Las Vegas, Nevada

This progressive managed care and health benefits company seeks to recruit a President who will be accountable for full profit and loss for Nevada. The new President will be headquartered in Las Vegas and will lead an organization comprised of sales, marketing, underwriting, network development and contracting, operations, finance, medical management and all functional areas encompassing a full-service managed care organization. This cutting edge executive will ideally possess extensive experience in leading successful organizations within the healthcare, insurance, or brokerage/consulting sectors, but not necessarily exclusively in this area. We seek strong sales leaders or general managers with an outward-facing presence, ideally having built a market for a service sector company. Existing relationships within the Nevada marketplace is a plus.
